Twenty Something 06 follows a mid tempo vibe.
With new tracks from Rakim, Vinnie Paz, People Without Shoes and Lupe Fiasco. Along with some classic tracks from Rakaa Iriscience,Common, and Young MC. Aslo, I included a track from the first white female MC Tairrie B who returned to Hip Hop in 2015 after foraying into heavy metal bands for the past two decades or so.
For those not in the know Tairrie B was signed to Eazy E’s sister label Comptown Records in 1989.
I also made a rework to Rakaa Iriscience’s (Iris One from C2D) classic track Mean Streak featuring Chali 2na . Mean Streak delves into LA Graf culture. I do not think many people outised California understand how deep and profilic graffiti culture is in Los Angeles. With films such as Infamous and the recently relased Cant Be Stopped you can only get glimspe how wide spread graff crews are within the Southern California area.
Anyhow I took the track back with a same sample used by Large Professor in his Jussswannchill. Along with the sample from Ice-T’s colors used in the original track.
