Definitely one of the unsung heroes of Hip Hop, the Marley Marl produced Lords Of The Underground has never received the acclaim they deserve. One would think being associated with the one of the pre-eminent Hip Hop producers of all time would be a sure shot path to praise and recognition yet sadly the trio never rose to the height of a Brand Nubian or Naughty By Nature. Hell even The LOX receives, for some strange reason, more hype the LOTUG. I hope to rectify the situation somewhat with this humble tribute to The Lords. Enjoy.
